My Click and Collect order is ready before or after my chosen collection date. Will it still be held?
Yes! Sometimes we are able to pick your order earlier than expected, or just a little later. Your order will still be held for 3 days from the day you receive the notification.
My order is ready earlier or later than the collection date
We will notify you via SMS or email as soon as your Click and Collect order is ready. If it is ready earlier than expected, you are welcome to collect it sooner.
If you cannot collect your order immediately, you do not need to inform us. It will be held for 3 days from the day you receive the notification.
What happens if I cannot collect it within 3 days?
If you know you will not be unable to collect your order within 3 days, you can contact IKEA Customer Support to notify the store, otherwise your order may automatically be cancelled for a refund. Your refund will be for the purchase amount for the IKEA Products, excluding any Click and Collect Service Fee, back to the original payment method.
