My wife was over theWayneMy wife was over the moon when she purchased her first set of FÄRGKLAR dinner set. However when unexpected guests dropped by, we found that there weren't enough plates. Since adding the additional plates, she is very happy.5

I like the color and the quality of the plates. They’re very comparable to some high end plates.

We were looking for slightly smaller dinner plates than our current set for everyday use. These are perfect. And great price.

      Material

      What is ceramic?

Ceramic is a heat-resistant and durable material that has been used by humans to make practical objects for thousands of years. The base material is different types of clay that are oven-burned and become things like terracotta, stoneware, pottery and porcelain. At IKEA we mainly use ceramic for plant pots, porcelain, washbasins and kitchen sinks. Since it can be shaped and even glazed to the desired colour and shine, the possibilities of styles and looks are endless.
