Neat & simple solutionMsdebWorks well. Drawers run smoothly. The mesh drawers can have a few rough spots inside so be aware of that for anything fine or delicate. I have 2 identical units and they sit snugly side by side inside my wardrobe. No major problems so far. But... as with all unassembled Ikea products, the real challenge is The Instructions! I find the teeny tiny images meant to show the Right way vs the Wrong way to assemble anything are not as clear or obvious as I'd like. I've spent many a frustrated moment playing 'spot the difference' between 2 images before figuring out, say, which end of a component is the Top vs the Bottom due to a tiny lip that needs to be facing a particular way!! Once you've worked this out the actual construction generally goes smoothly - just don't make a mistake as undoing something you've just hammered together is much harder to do.
You can get at the back of the drawer.TrishUnlike most ikea drawers you can easily pull this over the stopper to get at the back of the drawer. It still has enough space behind the stopper to not fall out. We use it in the laundry as a sorting system and it holds a decent load per basket. The mesh has no sharp bits so my delicate items have stayed in good condition, not catching on the mesh. It feels as solid as the ones from the nearby expensive Storage store but doesn’t cost the world like theirs.
damage on this itemForrestthere is a damage on the white leg, anywhere I COULD SEND A PICTURE AND ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT?
Poor quality drawersTuureFor the price you dont expect much, but still not worth it. I thought I just bought a faulty frame, and Ikea were kind to send a new one but had the same results. Some drawers get stuck and dont slide smoothly. If you use the drawers frequently, shavings of paint will appear on the floor from the drawer edges rubbing against the frame. Its not stable at all, and even after its mounted to the wall it shakes when I pull the drawers due to the lightweight frame.
Great storageRuthieFits perfectly in my built in wardrobe, and holds a good amount. Easy to assemble and an affordable storage solution.
DamagedAmandeepLove the product, hate that they sent me a damaged one.
