BrilliantRossThis does exactly what it is supposed to do...keep my herbs fresh. We have an over supply go garden herbs at times, so this helps us cook with herbs when the garden is on the slow side. Also great for the herbs we buy. I have found that the herbs last around 2 weeks longer.5
