This soft and cosy sofa will have a long life as the seat cushions are filled with high resilience foam that gives good support for your body and quickly regains its original shape when you get up.
The chaise longue has storage under the seat. The lid automatically stops in the open position so that you can easily pick out and put back the things that you are storing.
You can place the chaise longue section to the left or right of the sofa, and switch whenever you like.
You can complete with VIMLE headrest to extend the backrest of the sofa, so that you sit even more comfortably with a nice support for your neck.

Reviews
Disappointed and Frustrated with customer service - would not recommend ArmaanThe part of the product was delivered damaged and despite raising the issue clearly, the customer team failed to understand the concern.
I was left with no choice but to keep the product. The communication was frustrating and repetitive. I would not recommend this product or after sales support based on my experience.
Not happy with the fit of the cushions and coversSamratThe cushions and the covers doesn't fit and sit neatly. The way the back cushions sits are very odd and doesn't match. The fabric of the seats stays wrinkled. I am not happy at all the way the cushions and covers fit and stays on the sofa.
Disappointed and Frustrated – Would Not Recommend AmanI rarely leave reviews, but after going through this exhausting experience, I feel it's important to share and help other buyers make informed decisions.
I purchased the IKEA VIMLE sofa, and from the moment I opened the packaging, I was hit with an overwhelming, unpleasant chemical smell. I initially assumed it would fade with time, but it only got worse and began affecting how I felt at home. I contacted IKEA and went through the entire process of exchanging the sofa which involved disassembling, repacking, and waiting again only to find that the replacement also had the same strong odour, especially from the foam cushions.
Even after weeks, the smell persists and makes it impossible to enjoy the sofa.Every time I sit on it, I’m overwhelmed by the scent. It even gives me headaches and a feeling of heaviness in the air. For a brand like IKEA, I expected better quality but looks like IKEA quality has gone downhill.
Color difference on chaise lounge vs. the paired 2-seat sofaMichaelPurchased the item. Quality of the sofa itself is good but there is a difference in shade of the chaise lounge and the 2-seat sofa that comes with the product. The cover for chaise lounge is a darker shade than that of the 2-seat sofa. Tried contacting Ikea on this and they sent a new cover for the chaise lounge but it’s still the same shade that didn’t match the 2-seat sofa cover. Got stressed for days on this issue. We just decided to move on with using the chaise longue and sofa with different shades.
Good RacheleGood couch for a good price
The grey colour is very nice
Not a good purchase, Disappointing KameshI got a three seater plus chaise.. The cushion is not good and it lost its shape.. very minimal usage though.. the chaise part has sunk in and feeling so uncomfortable now. The color also fades so quickly. I got a head rest which is not suiting the chaise though it was shown in the picture.
Not worth itMegPretty disappointed with this purchase. The fabric is itchy, the cushions don’t hold shape, the smallest amount of dirt shows up in an instant and I’ve never had a couch that holds dog hair so much.
2 years on WarrenWe have had our couch for 2 years now and very disappointed both of the bottom cushions have sunken and it is now uncomfortable I gave it 5 stars before after a month but now only 1
Very goodCarrieVery good
Looks lovely but disappointedFelicityGreat looking couch and easy enough to assemble, the gunnared beige covers are a good material that feels hard wearing and washable but the cushion covers are a bit too big for the cushions and look baggy. We’ve had it for a month and it’s already sagging between the two seat cushions which is really disappointing
Don’t purchase!!JemimahReally unhappy with my purchase. Apart from the fact that set up takes HOURS, this couch stains so easily it’s a joke. It also picks up dirt and pet hair immediately. Scotchguarded it (3 layers), but as soon as something lands on it, stained!! Even with the best products I cannot get stains out. Also quite uncomfortable. I totally regret my purchase. DO NOT BUY.
Almost 5 starsKerrieIt is a great lounge, very comfortable and love the added storage under the chaise. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the directions (drawings with no explanations) made putting it together very complicated. Can’t complain about the price though.
Great for apartment lifeMariahVery easy set-up instructions (easily built by one person.)
Couch is comfortable and gets compliments for the comfort, size and storage. Great size, perfect for two people!
After reading other reviews, I didn't have any issues with the items delivered. Instructions say to leaving the 3 back pillows for 24+hours to expand (so maybe this is where people went wrong).
Wish there were more options of couch covers (e.g. forest green or olive) so I could switch it up.
Happy with my purchase!
Fantastic CouchMelindaSuper comfy and great to curl up on
New ApartmentGaryExcellent products, well packaged, good instructions and easy to assemble...
Fantastic PieceFionaStraight forward to put together. Expensive look for a fraction of the price.
VIMLEKarenLove it!
Affordable Sofa.
Gorgeous Colour. Great for the Coastal Look.
Comfortable and with Storage.
New loungeWarrenExcellent so far not a problem and easy to assemble
Only thing is cost of ottoman went up by about $100 so could not justify it
Comfortable and stylishSusanThe Ville sofa looks great in the lounge styled with the VITTSJÖ coffee table and TV bench. The storage compartment is great for keeping a spare pillow and throw which come in handy as the sofa is so comfortable you can even sleep on it :)
Lovely couchHelenVery attractive fabric with a soft quality feel. Very comfortable and a good price. Nice size for an apartment. Also handy storage under the chaise which is very easy to access.
