The sturdy solid pine frame has natural variations in grain, color and texture, giving every piece a unique look. And it has been stained and lacquered making it more durable and easy to care for.
You can sit up comfortably in bed thanks to the high headboard; just prop some pillows behind your back and you will have a comfortable place to read or watch TV.
Beautiful craftsmanship all the way around. Why not place it in the middle of the room to create impact?
There’s plenty of space under the bed for storage boxes – great for stowing extra duvets and sheets.
SKORVA midbeam is included in the price but packaged separately. It is required for the stability of the bed frame and to keep the mattress in place.

Broke within 3 yearsJulieBed frame snapped, customer service reports there is no warranty. Do not buy
NoisyAnonymous reviewerAt this point if I laugh in my bed it squeak. It wakes me up while sleeping. IKEA king bed never last long before making noises
Good looking bedDeniseI took one star off my review only because we didn’t want white. We wanted the grey that they discontinued for some reason. This bed was easy to put together and looks very nice. The flexible slats keep it very comfortable to sleep on.
Irritating & SqueakySmitI bought this few months ago! Every month the Leroy slats move from their place and has to be redone each time! The worst thing is it making a terrible squeaking noise. Already tried some fixes for 3-4 times, works for sometime and then back to squeaking. It’s so irritating and apparently nobody knows how to fix this! Would suggest to get something other than this!
Great solid bedSuzannePicked up this white double bed in the click and collect area. Great solid bed. Straight forward easy assembly. Looks great in our guest room.
Overpriced garbage, do not buy this junkDanielThis bed started squeaking shortly after the 90 day return window. The design is cheap and the panels rattle. Do not buy this junk!!
Beautiful BedCathyWe decided on this bed after checking online but when we got to the store and had a look at it in person I almost changed my mind. It did not look good at all in store (for a few reasons having to do with the display setup and height of mattress) ..but we decided to give it a try anyway since it matched my other hemnes pieces. My husband took about three hours to assemble and once done we were so happy with how great it looks in our bedroom...just love it! It's beautiful and very solid.
MehElizabethFor the price, the quality isn't there. After a year iof use, the paint is faded in places and the wood dents easily.
Please adjust qualityMathildeI love the Hemnes style and the IKEA brand. Unfortunately, I think the manufacturer has a problem because the holes don’t align for about 1/2 of the built. It is an absolute nightmare to pu together. Apart from that, I would STRONGLY suggest to add legs other than the four corners’ ones. For the king bed, the structure is not strong enough with only the metal beam in the middle.
Squeaking noise and wobbly RimaGot this bed frame awhile ago and it is so noisey and unstable, had manufacturer defects as well but had to live with because I'd already put it all together before I noticed asa the cracks in the wood. Will avoid buying important furniture from Ikea, better to stick with side tables or something with a very basic function.
Poor quality AndrewThe wood is cracking in multiple locations
Beautiful, Functional and Well MadeTaceySleep like the king or queen that you are. This bed is gorgeous, sturdy, has extremely solid construction and sets the mood for a luxurious nights sleep. LOVE!!!!
My problem, Noise and quality.DavoodIt has cheap quality and noisy.
So far so goodAngelaI have had the Hemnes bed frame for about two months and I am quite satisfied with the product. It is sturdy; yet, light -weight. I have not experienced the 'noise issue' that other reviews have noted.
Excellent product JohnBetter style and quality then similar products from the big box stores
Easy to assemble.WendyNice bed.
White Bed FrameCynthiaThe product looks great completed, but was somewhat more difficult than expected for assembly and definitely less solid/stable than it looks. I'm honestly surprised the amount of movement in this frame at completion. Still looks great finished and is structurally sound, just wiggly.
Goes together pretty easy!CharleneReally love the look.
Low height makes it accessible for those with limited mobilityBarbaraInformation on website was sufficient to position this bed in the room intended. No issues with the planning.
Henmes bed EmilyVery poor quality bought brand new and had cracks all over it bent screws and it’s very squeaky
