Ratings and reviews

BeautifulAnonymous reviewerBased on some reviews, I took the time to pick my lamp in-person. The packaging allows you to see about a quarter of the item through the box. I chose one where I could see marbling clearly, as some reviewers said some lamps don’t have much marbling. The one I got is beautiful.5
Obsessed: She is an icon, the moment, a starAnonymous reviewerI LOVE this lamp. Got lucky with an online delivery and they sent one with half decent marbling. Either way, I'd have been happy with something all black being that it's a natural stone product. I bought mine with the clear/white bulb (can't believe I committed to a lamp with such an expensive bulb - not like me at all) and I am so glad. My bedside lamp is really low and warm light (to create a healthy sleep environment) so this is perfect for my style. Will be ordering a second for the other side of the bed to have a matching set. Folks whinging about not getting one with "enough" marbling are forgetting this is a natural product and that's what makes it special. 5
Pretty goodAlejandraThis is not the best lamp out there, but it’s nice and stylish. I actually bought it because I wanted a lamp that used a regular bulb and most of the IKEA lamps use chandelier bulbs. It’d be great if there was an attachment to put on top for it to look better with a normal bulb.5
Misleading picturesSerhiiWhen I was at the IKEA store with the intention of purchasing this Markfrost table lamp, I looked through quite a few of them, these lamps looked very dull flat black with hardly any white lines on them, not even close to being a pattern-like marble. I would never believe it was a piece of real marble, it looked like cheap plastic, even being heavy. Disappointed.1
that is very good productSiamakthat is very good product5
Solid baseAnamariaI found a whiter streaked marble so I am pleased. I didn’t want the solid black that is more common.5
Upscale Light @ a small priceLotfiLove this real marble light. Feels like an expensive product. Since this is a natural stone, I had to open the box and check if the veins are ok.5
Nice Small LampDerekWe are happy with the purchase. Sturdy and small lamp that works well.5
Looks and feels expensiveAvrilThe marble base has a nice heavy weight to it and the bulb gives it a sleek design that looks more expensive than it is.5
Looks great on my nightKathleenLooks great on my night stand.5

Image doesn’t accurately represents colourAnonymous reviewerThe lamp we received is completely black. Still looks nice, but don’t expect the “marble”2

I got this (plus a Molnart bulb) for a friend as a nightlight for their child. They told me it’s great.
