Ratings and reviews
Terrible systemSarahWe purchased this couch
It showed up missing the chaise and 2 legs
However the cover was still shipped
We were refunded for just the component of the chaise instead of getting a ship date for the missing part.
When we called to say that we wanted the missing part and the couch was not complete without it we got the wrong side shipped and it cannot be picked up for ten days. These pieces are huge and taking up a ton of space.
The correct part has no inventory available date and we have been told to check the website daily to see when inventory comes in. I would NEVER have purchased this knowing that ikea looks at the pieces as individual and not an entire couch nor would I ever buy furniture from IKEA again after this experience.
