Ratings and reviews
Love the sofa, but...KellieIt is fabulous, the fabric is perfect for people with pets/kids. Cleans easily and allachine washable, but a bit of a hassle to get the covers on and off.
The cushions are insanely comfortable, but I do notice the chaise portion moves like the other reviews have said. Annoying but not the end of the world.
Two somewhat irritating things though. First, the left brace for the chaise came defective, and I would have had to buy and entirely new piece to fix it. Managed to make it work, but it's not pretty.
Second, the ends of the cushions are extremely soft, like you'll fall off the sofa soft. Again not the end of the world, but something ikea should consider fixing at the price point.
Overall we are happy with it, many nights of lounging to come.
HorrificAdamHorrible instructions and experience building. But really, the main problem is that the chair and a half section came with its parts box missing. As a result, I have this gigantic spread of incomplete couch parts covering my living room. I attempted to get a replacement ordered for the parts but virtually all of them are out of stock. A truly horrible experience with no resolution in sight.
