By claiming a Gift, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you sign up to receive a Gift.
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of this promotion is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.
HOW TO CLAIM
1. IKEA customers who make a purchase spending a minimum of £10.00 in a single in-store transaction at the Swedish restaurant (the “Qualifying Purchase”) at the IKEA Greenwich store between 08 October 2026 and 30 November 2026 (the “Purchase Period”) shall be entitled to claim a Gift on the same day of the Qualifying Purchase, which shall be redeemable in-store at the IKEA Greenwich store on the same day of purchase only (the “Redemption Period”)
2. Once the IKEA customer has made a Qualifying Purchase at IKEA Greenwich during the Purchase Period, they must on the same day of the Qualifying Purchase collect a Gift from IKEA Greenwich’s Home Decoration section in its Market hall, and present their receipt to a co-worker at checkout in order to claim the Gift.
3. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for receipts that are lost or damaged regardless of cause.
ELIGIBILITY
4. Subject to the above conditions, one (1) Gift is redeemable per IKEA Customer who makes a Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period.
5. The Gift is available to IKEA customers over the age of 18 who are UK residents.
6. By claiming the Gift, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter and claim a Gift.
7. Purchases made via IKEA.co.uk during the Purchase Period will not be eligible to receive a Gift. This promotion only applies to in-store purchases.
THE GIFTS
8. There are 10,000 Gifts available
9. The Gifts, are a choice of any one (1) of the following:

- HÖKGÖK Scented candle in glass, Red berries light pink, 12 hr - 406.087.32
- HÖKGÖK Scented candle in glass, Apple light green, 12 hr – 006.087.34
- HÖKGÖK Scented candle in glass, Pink flowers pale pink, 12 hr 606.087.31
- HÖKGÖK Scented candle in glass, Pink flowers pale pink, 12 hr 906.255.93
each a “Gift” and together the “Gifts”.
10. The Gift(s) are subject to availability and are available on a first come first serve basis.
11. The Gift can be collected in the IKEA Greenwich Market hall and is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gifts with a free gifts of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Gift including (without limitation) travel costs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13. As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DATA PROTECTION
14. By taking part in this promotion you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the giving of the Gift, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

GENERAL
16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
17. The Gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offer.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.
19. If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and the eligibility to claim a Gift will be forfeited.
20. The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
21. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Selected IKEA Family Members: £10 off when you spend £60 in store when you receive a coupon at IKEA Greenwich
Terms and Conditions
1 The Offer
1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members that receive a coupon in the student box (‘Selected IKEA Family Members’) are entitled to £10 off when they spend £60 or more in store in a single transaction between 26 October 2026 and 29 November 2026 inclusive (the ‘Offer Period’) at IKEA Greenwich (‘the Offer’).
2 How to redeem
2.1 To redeem the Offer, the Selected IKEA Family Member must receive a coupon in their student box, attend the IKEA Greenwich store during the Offer Period and present the coupon to a co-worker at the checkout in a single in-store transaction.
2.2 Once the IKEA Family Member presents their original printed coupon to a co-worker and the QR code is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the Selected IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £10.00. Only the original printed coupon will be accepted; digital copies, screenshots, photographs or images of the coupon shown on a mobile device or other electronic device will not be accepted.
2.3 To redeem the Offer, the value of the Selected IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £60.00 or more in a single transaction.
2.4 To redeem the Offer, the Selected IKEA Family Member must have received a coupon in their student box. The original printed coupon must be surrendered to the co-worker at the checkout upon redemption and will be retained by the store.
2.5 To redeem the Offer, the Selected IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.
2.6 The Offer cannot be utilised as credit. The Offer is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £60.00 or more.
2.7 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a photocopy, digital reproduction or image and not the original printed coupon, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.
3 Exclusions
3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Greenwich during the Offer Period.
3.2 The Offer is exclusively applicable to Selected IKEA Family Members.
3.3 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, the IKEA Café or Re-shop and Re-use Products.
3.4 This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family member.
3.5 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
3.6 The Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.
3.7 The Offer does not apply to IKEA co-workers.
3.8 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
3.9 The Offer cannot be redeemed online.
3.10 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.
3.11 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any leaflet that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.
3.12 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.
3.13 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered coupons will not be accepted. Images of the coupon displayed on a mobile phone or other electronic device will not be accepted.
4 Additional terms
4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, the value of the Offer (£10.00) will be deducted from any refund so that only the amount actually paid by the Selected IKEA Family Member is refunded.
4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
