The chest of drawers has 3 deep drawers and 1 shallow drawer, giving you flexible options to plan and organise your storage.
Perfect for different areas of your home – whether it’s the bedroom, hallway or children’s room.
The minimalist design allows the solution to seamlessly integrate with the walls, creating a clean and lightweight expression in a compact space.
Two persons are needed for the assembly of this furniture.
Different wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home.

Keep LASTARE chest of drawers organised with boxes. For width 60 cm: 3 STUK boxes with compartments 17x32x10 cm, or 1 STUK box with compartments 32x51x10 cm.
The chest of drawers holds approximately 80 medium-sized T-shirts.
The pre-drilled holes on the outside of the side panels can be used to connect several frames and/or mount ALTARLIDEN accessories. Cover any unused holes with the included cover caps.

Sturdy bedroom drawers Anonymous reviewerMy 20 year old daughter assembled these for her room by herself in around 3.5 hours. She recommends that you read the instructions fully, and set out all of the pieces and the screws and understand what is what before you start. Note that handles are not provided and there are no pre drilled holes so you'd have to do this if you want to add them. We used the clip on handles in black and they are great for a no drill option. Also used the drawer dividers you buy separately. You'll ideally need an electric screwdriver with both cross head and Phillips head. No alun keys here like the Malm ones and as other reviewers have mentioned there are 3 concrete blocks which are placed at the back at the bottom behind where the drawers sit to anchor the chest of drawers down. The mechanism for the drawers which closes a drawer when another drawer is opened seems to work well and was easy to fit as part of the general instructions.
Not bad chest of drawers for kids roomAnonymous reviewerİt was easier to build than I anticipated after reading the reviews, you just need to follow instructions closely. Quality is not the best and some parts are plastic (one plastic part broke during installation ) but overall it is very safe for children's room and having it in narrow size was perfect for a small box room.

It goes together easily, feels very robust and looks really good. It'd be good if it was a bit clearer that you need to buy handles for it too, but apart from that, great price
Disappointing qualityAnonymous reviewerI purchased two sets of LÅSTARE drawers and was quite disappointed with the overall quality. While assembling one of the sets, I found faults with several of the pieces, despite the product being brand new.
I decided to return the second set because, based on the quality of the first one, I wasn’t confident that I would be happy with it either.
I’ve always associated IKEA with good value for money and reasonably reliable quality, so it was disappointing to spend the time and effort travelling to IKEA, purchasing the furniture, and then assembling it only to encounter problems with the parts.
The design itself is fine, but the quality of the product was not what I expected from IKEA. Hopefully the faulty parts can be replaced, but overall, I’m not satisfied with this purchase.

Bought as a substitute for MALMAnonymous reviewerIkea recommended these drawers as a substitute for the MALM drawers which I have always bought. I understand they were not going to be a perfect substitute but the whole structure is very flimsy and the drawers are not very deep. I have a feeling I will have to replace these drawers within a year, which is most definitely not ideal. Quite unfortunate seeing as I bought these drawers to replace a MALM set which lasted for 12 years.

Complicated to assembleAnonymous reviewerThe chest of drawers look good but it is the most difficult furniture from IKEA that I have assembled. 3 heavy bricks and a pulley system? Instructions need to be made much clearer and screws sorted for easier identification. Would not buy another one because of complicated assembly.
Perfect size but utter rubbishAnonymous reviewerFollowed the instructions to the T. But this just doesn't sit flush on the side where the plastic on the drawer hooks to the stupid string thing. It is a shame because the images look amazing online but it just doesn't sit right. Utter waste of money but too much farce to return as nothing else will fit where this goes.

Combinations?Anonymous reviewerUsing the joining screws to connect a chest of drawers to a wardrobe it was found that the lower hole in the chest of drawers lines up with hole 7 in the wardrobe. This is the recommended position for a pull-out basket. This was found the hard way and caused some damage to the side wall of the wardrobe. Fortunately this cannot be seen once the slider is in place. It does mean however that the front screw of the slider cannot be installed. This design flaw should have been addressed at the development stage of the product range.
Is it possible that a matching bedside table/cupboard can be included in the range?
