What facilities are available for people with accessibility needs?

At IKEA, we want our stores and home furnishing solutions to be accessible and welcoming to as many people as possible.

We offer a range of accessibility facilities and support services in our stores:
Accessible parking: Designated parking spaces are available for families and people with accessibility needs. Parking is available for two-wheelers and four-wheelers, along with four charging points for electric cars - applicable for everyone.
Accessible toilets: Accessible toilets are available in the public toilet areas of each store.
Personal shopper: Our personal shopper service can support you during a two-hour visit in-store. The personal shopper service costs ₹1,000. We’ll reimburse the full service fee when you make a purchase of ₹25,000 or more.
Hearing loops: Hearing loops are available at selected locations throughout our stores. Please look for the relevant signs. If you use a hearing aid, switch to the T setting or hearing loop program to use this service.
Wheelchairs: A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available near the entrance of each store. A simple sign-out process is in place. Personal motorised scooters are welcome in our stores, but they aren’t available to borrow.
Changing places: Selected stores offer enhanced changing facilities for children and adults. These facilities include a changing bench and hoist, alongside standard accessible toilet facilities.
Have you arrived at the store and need support? Please speak to one of our friendly co-workers. We’re happy to help!
