How do I check the balance of my IKEA Gift Card or Digital Refund Card?
You can check your Gift Card or Refund Card balance online through your IKEA Family account or by asking a co-worker at an IKEA store.
Check your balance online
- Log in to your IKEA Family account.
- Select Digital Refund Cards or Gift Cards.
- Add your active card details, including the redemption code and PIN, if applicable.
- Your current card balance will be displayed.
Once you’ve added your active cards, you can select the preferred card to check its balance next time.
Where can I find my card details?
Digital card
- The redemption code and PIN, if available, can be found next to the QR code in the original email you received.
- Some cards don’t have a PIN code.
Physical card
- The redemption code is printed on the back of the card.
- If your card has a PIN, you’ll usually find it on the back under a scratch-off panel.
Check your balance in-store
If you’re visiting an IKEA store, please ask one of our co-workers for help checking your gift card or refund card balance.
