Why should I choose Click & Collect?

With Click & Collect, you place your order online and then pick up your items at an IKEA store or a designated Collection Point. This delivery option is ideal if you’re flexible with self‑collection, want to avoid home delivery fees, or if you’d like to pick up your order at your convenience. This may be particularly useful if you are close to an IKEA store or if a secure delivery to your home is not feasible in your area.

Cost considerations: As an IKEA Family member, you can enjoy Click & Collect at no extra cost. For non-IKEA Family members, a fee of ₹79 applies for certain range articles. Shop from the comfort of your home, choose a convenient collection time, and simply collect your order in-store quick, easy, and convenient.
Timing and scheduling factors: Click & Collect orders generally offer same-day collection or collection within a few days of purchase, depending on the selected collection point and date of collection. You can select an available collection time slot during checkout. The articles will be held until D+1 day from the selected collection date, if they are not collected within this period, the order will be cancelled.
Item size and type restrictions: Suitable for most order types. Due to storage constraints, some of our products may not be available for Click & Collect and will require Home Delivery. You can find out what options are available for any given product on the Product Page or when checking out.
Location/distance factors: Best if you live near an IKEA store or designated Collection Point, to check whether a Collection Point is near you visit IKEA.in website. If your delivery address is not served due to stock from warehouses or store limitations, you may be offered a Click & Collect alternative.
Customer effort required: Medium – Your chosen IKEA store or Collection Point will prepare your order for you. You will be responsible for travelling to the store/collection point and loading your items into your vehicle.
