There are two types of screws of similar shape, large and small. Please check again.
Use eight small screws to secure the backrest. Use six slightly larger screws to secure the back and seat, and four to the seat.

Since IKEA products are assembled, screws can get loose when products are used for a long time. We recommend tightening screws regularly to extend the life of your furniture.
