Where can I find my kitchen design?

You can find your kitchen design in the planning tool under your saved designs. Your design is available for 365 days after the last change.

Open the planning tool and sign in to your account. Select My saved designs to find your kitchen design.
Your kitchen design is saved for 365 days from the last time you made a change to it. You can use the design before placing your order and as a reference when assembling your kitchen.

If your design is not saved to your account

Did you receive a printed copy of your kitchen design, but it is not saved to your account? We can help you transfer the design if you have the kitchen design ID from the printout.
It may look like this: E301E0E3-F293-8AF9-8F07-AA9C8AABE98F.
If you chat with us, you write "chat with human" to talk to a colleague. If you read the article on the website, you can contact IKEA customer service.
