Can I reserve an item at an IKEA store?
We cannot put items aside for you at the store, but you can order them with Click & Collect. Your online shopping bag shows which stores you can pick up the items from.
With Click & Collect, you order the items online and we pick them for you at the store. You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for pick-up.
Can’t choose Click & Collect?
This may be because:
- only a few items are left in stock
- all pick-up times for the next few days are fully booked
- Click & Collect is not available for the items or store you have chosen
You can try again later or check whether you can pick up the items from another store. Your online shopping bag shows the options available to you.
With Click and Collect in-store, you order online and pick up the items yourself at a store. It's flexible, convenient, and can save you delivery costs. The service is especially suitable if you live near a store. IKEA pick-up lockers are available at IKEA Leangen, IKEA Ringsaker, and IKEA Forus – here you can collect anytime, regardless of store opening hours.
