Since assembly parts are sent in a regular envelope, they can't be tracked once they've been sent. If it hasn't been 14 working days yet, we recommend waiting until the normal delivery time has passed.
Did you order 10 or more assembly parts?
If so, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm the order within 36 hours, and the order won't be processed until you've confirmed it. If more than 36 hours pass without confirmation, you'll need to place the order again, so remember to confirm the email you receive afterwards.
