Which delivery or pick-up option is right for me?
The options available depend on the items in your order and where you live. Parcel delivery often works well for smaller items, while home delivery is better for large or heavy items. If you want to pick up the items yourself, you can see the available pick-up options at checkout.
Order size and product type
Small and light items
Parcel delivery works well for smaller items such as decorations, textiles and accessories. You can have the parcel delivered to your door or pick it up from a post office, Post in Shop location or parcel locker.
A parcel delivered to your door can weigh up to 33 kg. If you pick it up from a pick-up point, it can weigh up to 20 kg.
Large or heavy items
Home delivery works well when the items are too large or heavy for you to transport yourself. You can choose curbside delivery or indoor delivery.
- Curbside delivery: we deliver your order to the first accessible point. This could be the curb, stairwell, property boundary, mainland ferry terminal, barrier or nearest point accessible by road.
- Indoor delivery: we carry the items inside and place them together in one room of your choice, regardless of the floor.
Flexibility and planning
When you want to pick up the items yourself
Click & Collect works well when you want to order online and pick up the items from a store or pick-up locker. We pick the items for you and send you an SMS when your order is ready.
You can also pick up your order from a pick-up point. At checkout, you can see which pick-up options are available for your order.
When you want your items delivered to your home
Available delivery times depend on your postcode, the items you order and your order value.
At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery date before completing your order. The agreed delivery date is also shown in your order confirmation.
