My height-adjustable desk won't move, what do I do?

Like all our customers, our goods also live in different places. Delivery time can therefore vary depending on what you buy and where you live.

You can easily change the time and delivery date for your order on our website. Go to the ‘Track and manage my order’ page to make changes, or contact us for assistance.

Visit the service desk at your nearest store for a temporary card, or request the card information via our self-service form to shop on our website.

If you have lost your card or forgotten your PIN code, you can have it sent to you by mail from Ikano Bank. In the meantime, you can also get a temporary card at your local IKEA store.

To change the delivery time or cancel, try our self-service tool “Track and manage my order.” To add/remove products or get help with delivery and assembly, contact us.
