It is simply unpleasant.EngI bought a Jetstrom plus Bilresa last week, from your Tampines shop. I asked the staff in electricals to check that they both work before i take them out of the store. Answer... cannot do it. Bring to front counter after i make the purchase, can't do it, either Had my electrician installed the Jetstrom, thinking that I could just set up the connection between the 2. It just don't work. Instructions were poorly written, and had to bring it back to ikea to check the remote. They said its fine if i held down the button for 7 counts intead of quickly clicking it 4 tiimes to connect. Came back, it still fails to handshake between the two. Now the Jetstrom is installed on the ceiling and theyre both not shaking hands. What am I suppose to do?? Its been a horrendous journey.1

Impossible to configureFabioConnect it diretly to a light is pratically impossible, you will spend Hours and some devices you can connect, but other (same devices) cannot be connected. Unreliable.1
Off the shelf wondersBuckCan’t believe such simple devices is simply off the shelf in IKEA. Easy to setup and is much more responsive of the appliance being controlled. Bought 4 units and all used up with a day. Will shop for more with just $8. 90 each.5
