Cooking is way more fun when cutting chillies, not fingers. Our kitchen knives are shaped to give you a good grip while being comfortable to use. They keep their edges for a long time – but we have easy to use sharpening tools when needed. Add a few chopping boards for safer surfaces to chop on.

We prefer to cut fruit, not corners.

One of the secrets behind the strength of VARDAGEN cook’s knife is spelled molybdenum/vanadium. That’s the type of stainless steel we use, and it’s a strong one. But there’s more to the story. The main reason why VARDAGEN is so sharp, and stays sharp for a long time, is how we treat and harden the metal. Exactly how that is done is a bit of a secret – but the end result isn’t. It’s a long-lasting quality knife with a 15-year guarantee and a €00 price tag. Happy cooking!
