Strong fragrances deter moths. Mothballs kill moth larvae that have already been laid in the clothing; if the items have been worn without being cleaned, keep them separate from the newly dry cleaned or hand washed wools. Reserve those nasty mothballs for those items with body oils, sweat or food stains on them!
Very little smellGayleI put this in a tiny RV bathroom and can only smell it if I press my nose into the sachet. I was hoping it would be a pleasant fragrance in the room, but no.
