PerfectJudyI needed an extra carafe and the one I usually get couldn't be delivered. This one cost more, but I actually like it even better. I keep these on the table with a the cork coaster I also got from IKEA. This make a great cover for on top and bottom. I thought when I purchased the first one I would not use them much. Funny now everyone expects them on the table at meal time. Usually I need one for 2 people. That way I don't have to have big heavy pitchers on the table. These are made well, cleans in the dishwasher, are comfortable to pour from and so far very durable because no one has broken even one. I like this style over the previous style because it has a small spout and every easy to pour from.

Pleasing shape and rather lovely
