1. Calculate your product's value

Determine what you want to resell. Find out what products you can sell back to us on our list of eligible items.

Then use the quotation tool to check how much you could receive as an in-store voucher for your pre-loved IKEA products.

2. Receive your estimate

Look out for an email with your estimated quote and a number to reserve your transaction.

3. Bring it back to us

Select drop-off or pickup service.

Your products must be fully assembled and returned or collected within 30 days of receiving your estimate.

If you choose pickup, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange payment and schedule a date and time.

4. Assessment and final offer

Our team will assess your product in person and examine its condition. You will then receive the final price. This can differ from the original estimate depending on the condition of the furniture.

5. Get your IKEA in-store voucher

You will receive an IKEA in-store voucher to spend on something you need or love in-store.

6. Give your products a new life*

All products is good condition will be given a second life in a designated area in our As-is.

In good, resaleable condition
Listed below as eligible
Complete and fully functional
Properly assembled when returned
Clean and unmodified
