Do PAX doors come with hinges?
PAX doors are available in both options - with and without hinges. If you choose a pre-designed PAX wardrobe set with doors, the hinges will already be included in the package. However, if you are designing your PAX wardrobe and adding doors separately, you will also need to select the hinges.
It is important to note that the type of hinges needed will depend on your door type. For example, if you select sliding doors, hinges will not be necessary. On the other hand, if you choose hinged doors, you will need to select the appropriate hinges that match the door size and style.
Overall, PAX wardrobe doors provide great customisation, allowing you to choose doors with or without hinges and various styles and colours to match your personal style and interior décor.
How many hinges do PAX doors need?
The number of hinges required for PAX doors depends on the width of the door. As a general rule, PAX doors that are 50cm or less in width require two hinges, while doors wider than 50cm require three hinges for stability and durability. Installing the correct number of hinges for each door is important to ensure proper function and prevent damage to the wardrobe frame. It's important to refer to the installation instructions provided with your PAX wardrobe to ensure that you have the correct number of hinges and that they are installed properly.
Where do the hinges go on a PAX wardrobe?
The hinges on a PAX wardrobe go on the inside of the frame and attach to the door. The exact placement of the hinges may vary depending on the specific model and size of the PAX wardrobe. Please refer to the installation instructions for proper placement and assembly.
