Where can I find my Family Number?

Remember to show or scan your digital IKEA Family card at checkout to get a member price. You can also log in to your IKEA Family profile when shopping on IKEA.no or via the IKEA app.

The order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided in the contact details for the order. If you have not received the order confirmation, you can check if it has ended up in the spam/junk filter or similar.

There are several ways to find your order number, depending on how you shopped with us. Check your email confirmation (remember to look in the “junk” or “spam” folder), look in your purchase history, or take a look at the invoice.

With «Curbside delivery», we place your items at the first available spot outside your door, for example, by the curb, staircase, or property line. A person over 18 years old must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
