Where can I find the service number/manufacturer number of my appliance?

Check the service manual for advice. You can find it on IKEA.no under product details. Contact IKEA appliances service if you still have problems.

There are several ways to find your order number, depending on how you shopped with us. Check your email confirmation (remember to look in the “junk” or “spam” folder), look in your purchase history, or take a look at the invoice.

You can find your membership number by logging in to IKEA.no or by sending an SMS with "CARD" to 2340.

It's perhaps not so strange that you can't find it right away.

Most of IKEA's newer appliances also fit FAKTUM appliances. Here you will find a brief overview of things worth thinking about in the process.

When you have made an appointment for assembly, our service partner will contact you by email approximately 2 days to a week after they have received the order. You must confirm the email.
